Love Story

It was as if Angel and Pawee's worlds were fated to collide, as their meeting happened because of the perfect timing.

Angel narrates, "I was working at Rustan's at Resort's World then. One night, my colleagues and I decided to go to Republiq to party. Pawee was a real estate agent then, and was working in Resorts World that night, too. He was with his college buddies who were also agents, when they saw Maica, their college friend, who happened to be my office mate at that time. So while I was on the escalator with my other office mates, on our way down, Maica and her college friends--Pawee included--were waiting for us at the floor below. Little did I know, Pawee had already spotted me and as some people say, it was love at first sight. I guess we were both at the right place at the right time."

Pawee's proposal, according to Angel, was simple, but nevertheless, meaningful. "He took me to where we had dinner when I said, 'Yes,' to him to be his girlfriend. It was around three in the afternoon, and he was kind of shaking. He had a short speech about the things we've gone through and how excited he is to start a new life with me, and then he pulled out the ring. And of course, without hesitation I said, 'Yes', again," shares Angel.

Wedding Preparations

Angel and Pawee's wedding day was a grand one. Neither Angel nor Pawee had siblings, and so both two families were excited to witness the two's journey as husband and wife.

The couple picked handsome details to match their elegant theme and fresh motif. They opted for classic-inspired pieces, such as engraved frames and wooden flower vases, which set a minimalist look that exuded class and sophistication.

According to the bride, she and her groom enjoyed planning the wedding together. The preparation stages brought them closer, as they got to know each other in a different light. The bride also tells other marrying couples, "Stick with your plan. Don't always listen to what others tell you. If you both like [something] and if it's within your budget, then get it."
