The warm summer months are upon us and with it, the winds of change. Inspired by the freshness of spring and the warmth of summer, Tagaytay Highlands has launched a new menu for Spring and Summer 2015 weddings. The dishes evoke the bounty of nature as each course is generously laced with fruits and vegetables, making it the perfect fare for weddings at the green and breezy club.

Conceptualized by Executive Chef Rene Acol (who comes to Tagaytay Highlands with more than 4 decades of work experience in world class hotels and luxury cruise liners), the new menu offerings encompass a variety of flavors - refreshing soups, tangy palate cleansers, rich main courses - and a delightful marriage of ingredients (think buffalo milk yoghurt in your vegetable soup).

"If there is one thing you can expect from Tagaytay Highlands, it would be that the food will be superb," says marketing head Philip Medina. "We tell our clients that one should focus on the quality of food as this will be greatly remembered by all the guests."

After a selection of dishes, the couple can look forward to the food tasting. "This is crucial because this is when the couples can visualize and taste the actual dishes they have chosen along with the professional opinion of the chef regarding pairings and balancing the menu," Philip shares.

And speaking of pairings, the club's beautiful amenities, plus the warmth and freshness of the new menu offerings are the perfect combination for an unforgettable wedding.
