what_do_you_hate_most_about_your_job_ben_raynal.jpgEven if you love your job, we're sure there are still moments in your work life when you wish you could switch careers, change bosses, or even trade your officemates for new ones. This week, Female Network wants to know what your biggest grievances at work are.

It could be anything from the horrendous amount of hours you work every day to your small paycheck. Perhaps what irks you the most is the way your boss likes to dump work on you at the last minute--heck, even when you're on your way to the elevator--or maybe you've got an annoying officemate who spreads gossip about you and makes you uncomfortable at work. It could even be how far your office is from your home or the lack of decent food establishments around the area to give you variety during lunchtime.

No matter what kind of complaints you have about your job, we'd love it if you told us all about them!

hahaha i suddenly remembered the movie "Horrible Bosses" :D hmm my boss is nice but he's a TOOL! he respects his employees BUT he likes to dump impossible tasks on everyone (a bit inconsiderate) just to please our clients.

I really hate it whenever I file my Vacation Leave and they approved it but a day before the said scheduled leave, I'll be receiving an email that my leave has been cancelled. All flights and reservations booked! Are they ok?! o_O

the fact that my tasks don't have deadlines...they should be done in an instant, ASAP! that's the downside of having no pending work.

I can totally relate to Celina's comment.I applied for a VL a month before the said dates and was approved and signed by my manager. But then, two days before the date, he asked me to cancel and be in the office.

Summing it up,What i really hate is that my manager cannot say No to higher management. He always wants to please the "big bosses" and becausa of this, his subordinates (us)would need to do extra work or render extra time for this."Non ha le palle" as we say in italian.

We use a 12 year old computer, it runs on Pentium III processor and Windows 97 OS. Then upper management are expecting to get everything done instantly. I mean, hello?! If the computers are not breaking down every couple of hours and are not hanging while we print documents then we could be faster. And to think that they want us to compete with the Top10 companies in the industry.

i hate our RUSHian and URGENTinian internal customers who never seem to understand the whole process of what we do. they always assume that they could get everything they need in an instant as if they're buying in a store.
