Re your 2nd question. I would advise to be truthful. But being honest doesn't mean you have to tell everything, stick to professional concerns (i.e. career change). Naturally, your interviewer might want to probe further on other reasons for wanting to leave, and it may be difficult since it seems there seems to be personal and emotional issues you're currently dealing with, but keep it brief and keep to professional topics. There is also an article here about common interview questions, you can also research other potential questions on the internet, and practice answering them. Maybe get a friend to pose as an interviewer, and record it so you can go back to it, and see where else you can improve.
