Last week, we found out that the iPod is actually therapeutic, not just entertaining. And it's actually quite advisable to listen to your iPod when you're working out because it motivates you to stick to your diet and your exercise program. Now we've come up with a playlist that will hopefully help keep your energy up, whether you're working on your figure with a hula hoop at home, or running either on the oval or the treadmill in the gym.

love the playlist! to share mine i usually listen to a lot of Foo Fighters to pressure myself to speed up--from Everlong to the Pretender and even Best of you. Then to even pressure me harder i put on some Fat boy Slim. Then to cool me down i like to listen to my breaths hehe or Ms. John Soda.
