Trick your guy into eating healthy food

Jul 22, 2008 by FN's Shar Bareng

sneakychef.jpgIf your guy still hasn't gotten over his aversion to fruits and vegetables, a new cookbook might help you give him the nutrients that he's missing.

"Trick" him into eating what you want him to by trying recipes from Missy Chase Lapine's The Sneaky Chef: How to Cheat On Your Man (In the Kitchen), a spin-off of The Sneaky Chef, which previously helped parents of finicky eaters find solutions for hiding healthy food in meals that kids crave. With How to Cheat On Your Man, the Sneaky Chef caters to guys who dismiss healthy choices as "rabbit food" with delicious recipes that appeal to manly appetites.

Ingredients that are vital to men's health are sneaked into favorite "guy food" like Boosted Buffalo Wings, Chow Down Chowder, Legal Donuts, Real Man Meatballs, Concealed Crab Cakes, Macho Nachos, Champion Cheesecake, Brawny Brownies, and more.

Aside from being low in fat, these recipes are also loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients that can help keep our man healthy and gastronomically happy.

The Sneaky Chef is available in all National Book Store outlets for P899.
