Don't miss Q-11's Fit Fest

Aug 29, 2008 by FN's Shar Bareng

qfit.jpgIf you're just starting to shape up, it might be a good idea to drop by Q-11's Q Fit Fest on Sept. 6. The most renowned gyms in the country will be lending their equipment and instructors to help you get fit in this activity-laden event.

Here are just some of the things you should watch out for at the Fit Fest:
  • Body mass, body fat, and weight measurement at the consultation booth
  • Basic lessons on healthy habits
  • Free trial of the latest gym gear at the Gym Equipment Station
  • Games at the Nintendo Wii Gaming Area
  • Massage and Stretching Station
  • Refreshments at the Drink Station
If you're already into a fitness program, you can also compete in your own age group and be judged by fitness instructors, or challenge yourself with low intensity exercises or high impact workouts. All you have to do is show up at the A. Venue Events Hall along Makati Avenue at 1PM and register at the entrance!

For more information, you can get in touch with the Events Management Division of GMA Network at 982-7777 local 9057 or 9063, or e-mail qtv@gmanetwork.com.
