Do bottled teas and juice work for you?

bottledjuice.jpgIt's only lately that I've started taking into consideration the supposed slimming effects of bottled teas and juices seriously. Before, I liked them simply because they tasted better than softdrinks, so it's only now that I'm trying to see if drinking them has made a big difference, particularly when it comes to weight loss.

So, let us ask you: Do you drink them for their promised effects or just for the taste?
