Starex thefts were reported by the media, one such theft involving an attack on Luli Arroyo’s brother-in-law.
In light of these events, the Philippine National Police (PNP) has put up a
carjacking/carnapping prevention page to guide the public on how to lower their risks of being victims of this crime. From the information posted on the PNP website, FN gives you five tips to protect yourself against carnappers.
