article_eco-vacation-tips.jpgAs people are becoming better educated about nature’s wonders and about the importance of the environment, they are also becoming keener to experience what Mother Nature has to offer. This has resulted in the boom in eco-tourism in recent years, both in our country and abroad. And while eco-vacationing has helped raise awareness about nature’s plight, poorly managed activities and facilities and ignorant tourists have done the environment as much harm as good.

If you and your friends or family are planning on going on an eco-adventure yourselves, we’re all for it! Just remember some of the basic rules we’ve listed in the slideshow below.
