Cinemanila honored the best films from all over the globe last Monday, among them our very own independent films. This includes Adela by director Adolf Alix, Jr., which bested six entries for the Southeast Asian competition. If you haven't seen any of the films featured in the festival yet, you have until October 29, Wednesday, to catch them at Gateway Cineplex. Check out the screening schedule of award-winning films and other Cinemanila activities after the jump.
