Man recreates Van Gogh's Starry Starry Night Using Dominoes

A man found a way to turn a common childhood toy into a tool for creating a work of art.

When we were kids, we all probably enjoyed lining up our dominoes in a row and making them all fall down. It’s a fascinating physics phenomenon that kept many a child amused. It also fascinated a man who goes under the YouTube user name FlippyCat so much that he recreated full-scale paintings using the domino effect, including Vincent Van Gogh’s masterpiece Starry Starry Night, which he did using exactly 7,067 different-colored dominoes.
