Experience an epic love story in this new online game

Dec 5, 2008 by FN's Shar Bareng

zx.jpgRomantics and online game lovers have something new to look forward to in "Zhu Xian: Journey to Immortality (ZX)," an online game based on a love triangle between a hero with a dark past and two heroines from different worlds.

Based on the popular internet fantasy novel of the same title, ZX is the first Chinese massively multiple online role-playing game (MMORPG) that highlights Chinese mythology through its characters, landscapes, and use of martial arts.

In ZX, the hero Zhang Xiaofan angers the good side when he falls in love with Bi Yao, the daughter of the ghost lord. His heartbroken ex-lover, Lu Xueqi, is forced to endure his betrayal’s consequences which came in the form of persecution from her own clan. This love triangle ignites a war between the two worlds, which the heroes need to mend so they could face a more difficult fight against demons and monsters.

One of the special features of ZX is its interactive devices for couples who enjoy playing video games together. They can bond by letting their characters fight together, snuggle, and even marry each other.

There are a lot of vanity items available for players who love to dress up and accessorize their characters. Players can also keep pets that grow, learn skills, and eventually "go to heaven" and leave a special jade talisman to bring luck to their owners.

ZX requires Windows XP/2000 running on a 128MB RAM, 2GB hard drive, 32MB graphics card, and an Intel Celeron processor. Vista users should have at least 1GB RAM to play.
