The rainy season may have set in, but that doesn't stop Filipinos from celebrating our colorful culture. August is known as Buwan ng Wika in many elementary and high schools around the country. It is also when we celebrate National Heroes Day. Aside from these, a number of festivals are held around the country during this rainy month.
