What does a band do when they’re on their way to another gig? For Nicki Bluhm and the Gamblers, it’s a no-brainer—they shoot a video of a laidback jamming session, and upload it onto YouTube of course!
Nicki Bluhm, a singer who does vintage country rock, sings with her band, The Gamblers, to create “The Van Sessions.” As a series of cover songs, each van session is performed in a van, shot with a mobile phone, and uploaded to YouTube. In this particular session, they do “I Can't Go for That” by Hall and Oates. Watch their performance in the video below.
