It seems like everyone is covering Adele's songs these days, but sometimes there are still some renditions that stand out from the musical deluge. Possibly leading the pack is this Chinese instrumental cover of the singer's hit "Rolling in the Deep." In the video below, a traditional Chinese zither, called a guzheng, is used to play Adele's song.
