Inspiring lines: "Go on and try to tear me down / I will be rising from the ground / Like a skyscraper!"

Who better to take advice from about getting up after a fall than this former Disney star? Demi disappeared from the scene briefly after going into rehabilitation in 2010 for "emotional and physical issues," but she returned afterward with this song to inspire other teens not to walk the path she walked.
