Can you imagine what kind of camera phone you'll end up with if you combine Motorola's mobile technology with Kodak's imaging know-how?
The two companies have made a tag-team to launch the new Motozine ZN5, which boasts of Motorola's ModeShift technology, an autofocus five-megapixel camera, digital zoom lens, and Xenon flash, among other impressive features.
But you know what's the best part? We got to fiddle with this phone, which will be launched only in the third or fourth quarter of this year!
The ZN5 supports a lot of nifty features that make camera-whoring a lot easier. For instance, with its Wi-Fi connectivity, it's easy to upload photos of the Web without the hassle of manually transferring image files to your computer, and then uploading them on the Web. Also, with the right Bluetooth dongle, once your PC's and ZN5's Bluetooth are switched on, photos are automatically moved to your computer—without you knowing it! So, be wary of blackmail worthy pictures, especially if you're using a shared PC at home!
The handset has a host of other notable functions, but the great thing about it is despite its heavyweight features, the phone is lightweight. Oh, and it allows you to do basic photo editing ala Photoshop on it, too (zits, begone!).
