The said artist is Grammy Award winning rapper Kanye West. The quoted irate blog post was in response to writeups of him being booed during the Bonnaroo Music Festival, which was held in Tennesee just this month. According to Kanye's blog, he's more ticked off that the festival's organizers didn't even come to his defense, as according to him, the reason he performed almost two hours behind schedule was technical and logistical difficulties that the organizers failed to address.
