If your daily uniform consists of t-shirt and jeans, then you're probably always on the lookout for cool, standout tees. If so, you might find Uniqlo (often referred to as the Japanese incarnation of Gap--though, personally, I find Uniqlo cooler) as heaven.

The Japanese fashion retailer, famous for its wearable designs at reasonable prices, is constantly coming up with trendy, fun, and sometimes, cheeky t-shirt designs. Key to its success is offering a variety of lines (or styles) that covers every segment of the market.
The sheer variety is one factor, but the quality of the collaborations is another.
Recently, it featured works of artists such as Keith Haring and Basquiat on their tees. It also shows that it doesn't forget its origins as it has many lines with anime characters such as Gundam.
What's most interesting is that it's possible for your design to be a Uniqlo tee.
T-shirt afficionados aside, graphic artists should also take a look at its site. The company is sponsoring a t-shirt design contest called the UT Gran Prix where winners can see their creations come to life. So apart from visiting Threadless.com, a quick click to Uniqlo's site just might put that smart quote of yours plastered across a t-shirt.
