
This year, the L’Oreal brand marks 100 years of mixing science and beauty to come up with the most effective beauty inventions and bring you some of the industry’s most successful brands such as L’Oreal Paris, L’Oreal Professionnel, Vichy, Lancôme, and The Body Shop.
So on its centenary, L’Oreal decided to celebrate their continued success by giving back to the community, as part of their long-term dedication to corporate responsibility. In the Philippines, L’Oreal, together with the Philippine Business for Social Progress, have committed to a project called Bigay Daan, where 30 women from a chosen community will be given the opportunity to receive starter kits and basic training in hair dressing, makeup artistry, personality development, planning, and budgeting for three months at the L’Oreal Philippines Academie.

This project aims to help these women learn and have the means to improve the quality of their lives and that of their families. All beneficiaries will be given employment opportunities in David’s Salon, Reyes Haircutters, and Index Salon.
Not only has L’Oreal been helping make women all over the world more beautiful; the brand has also been inspiring them to make the world a beautiful place to live in as well.
