Eye poppers

Eye poppers

This summer's about being bold, creative, and fresh. Transform a boring and plain outfit by adding a pop of color! But instead of going head-to-toe in eye-popping colors, try taking baby-steps and focus on individual pieces.

In a sea of basic and neutral outfits, these bright bags will surely make you look lively and eye-catching.

Bags from MEG, P688.

Scarves are supposed to keep you warm during cold weather but since it’s summer, the splash of color this piece offers gives you an excuse to wear this scarf.

Look effortlessly chic in these tie-dye pieces. (shown on pic above)

Here are revolutionized Crocs flats and mary janes; both stylish and fun, they allow feet to breath in warm weather perfect while strolling in the beach or mall.

Eye popping shoes
Crocs (Malindi), P1850, Super Shoes. Also available in Cotton Candy.

Here’s a tip: Look at this color wheel, those colors that sit directly opposite one other in the color spectrum or wheel are complimentary colors - meaning these colors flatter one another. That’s why the yellow belt appears to stand out with the violet dress top. At the same time, the violet top seems bolder as shown on the picture below. As such, blue complements orange, and red is complementary to green.

Loving the outfit--violet and yellow are a perfect example of complimentary colors found in the color wheel! I so love color but it doesn't really show. A bubbly personality could not make up for bland outfits--people look before they hear you speak. I can't wait to try this out. BTW, awesome finds!
