I've had a colorful three years in Summit Media--two of which I spent with Female Network--and as I say goodbye to what has been my home away from home for the past few years, I go knowing that I've experienced a lot of new things and enriched myself as a person.
One of the things I loved most about working for FN was that I was able to just be myself. As readers of this blog already know, I love K-pop and all things Hallyu. While some of my college friends called it jologs, and I could hardly use it as a conversation opener during my internship at an investigative magazine, it was something I never had to hide while doing this job.
Not only did I find a lot of like-minded ladies in the office; I was even able to meet some of my favorite K-pop stars through a few of my assignments. In the gallery below, I talk about my five most memorable K-pop experiences so far (I plan to add to my list, of course!). While not all of them happened while I was on the job, I consider FN one of the reasons I was able to freely pursue my interest in K-pop. Case in point: I went to a Super Junior concert with my officemates in tow! Read on to find out about my favorite K-pop experiences.
