September marks my sixth month as a wife, and I have to admit, being married takes a lot of work. I love my husband to bits, and it's a real joy spending each day with him, but maintaining our home can be quite difficult. I totally admire housewives for dedicating themselves to keeping the house spick-and-span 24/7--I don't think I'll find the energy to do that every single day.
Cleaning was never my best asset. It's something that I would do periodically, mostly when I'm too stressed out. I'm worlds apart from my mom, who cleans as if it was a sport she has to train for.
Good thing my husband knows about my daily struggle with housekeeping. I feel bad that our house will never be as orderly as the ones we grew up in, and at the moment, we would have to make do with our daily learning experiences with housekeeping. Below are some of them.
