When discussions about technology and happiness intersect, many happiness gurus advise you to temporarily or permanently abandon your place in the digital world. Stay away from your computer, stop checking your Facebook timeline, abandon online chat rooms—these are the things that are recommended in order to regain your peace of mind. But is there another way to deal with the digital age besides turning your back on it? Here are some things that help me sustain my happy disposition while maintaining contact with the cyberworld.
