Ever wondered why June weddings are so popular? This tradition actually came from the ancient Romans—the month was named after Juno, the goddess of marriage and childbirth, and it was believed that prosperity and happiness would be bestowed on all who wed during her month. This may not be practical here in the Philippines, as June often marks the beginning of our rainy season (after all, you don’t want to risk getting your beautiful white gown muddied, do you), but it’s still a very popular month for Pinay brides-to-be!

So now that the “marry” month of June is upon us, Female Network wants you to spill the details on your dream wedding. Let’s pretend that there’s no such thing as money and other logistical dilemmas and that you could totally get the wedding your heart desires.
