Well, at least 24 percent of them do; this translates to almost one in every four men faking the Big O, as revealed by findings from The Orgasm Survey conducted by economist Hugo Mialon.
Among the reasons men fake orgasm, as cited by the FoxNews article, are the following:
- He feels compelled to perform, sometimes even under time pressure.
- He’s tired and would like to get the act over with so he can sleep.
- He has sexual insecurities.
- He has found someone else and is distracted.
- He’s not attracted or emotionally connected enough to his partner.
- He’s trying to hide the fact that they are drifting apart.
- He’s trying to keep his different sexual orientation in the closet.
- He believes that having an orgasm shows that he’s manly.
