We can all agree that small dogs are absolutely adorable. Happy little furballs make for instant pick-me-ups, and the Internet, with its never-ending supply of cute dog photos, is a witness to this phenomenon. Little Meysi, however, is taking the term “small” to a whole new level--this pint-sized terrier is currently vying for the title of the world’s smallest dog, as she's just about the same size as a regular soda can!
