    Thanks for the tips. Don't panic and presence of mind were also important. Proper waste management should be practice to avoid flood.

    I really think I'm lucky that my family and I were living at a condo at the time of Ondoy. Helpful tips but hopefully I wont be needing them even if we live in an apartment right now.
