Cotton

Cotton is a natural fabric and when woven into bedding, it makes the fabric refreshing and breathable. It is commonly used for sheets and works best for warm climates like ours because it is comfortable and durable—some even say it is an inexpensive alternative to silk.


Flannel

Flannel isn't ideal for everyday use but it is great for cooler months. It has a napped or fluffy side, resulting in a thick blend that can keep you warm through the night.


Modal

Modal is a type of semi-synthetic fiber made by spinning reconstituted beech wood which makes it soft and silky like cotton. It is usually used alone or blended with spandex in bedding and sometimes sleepwear, too.


Bamboo

If you aren't one to curl up in thick blankets at night, bamboo sheets are the perfect choice for you. It is soft like cotton and modal, but absorbent enough for the summer and those who experience sweating at night.


Silk

If you have room to splurge, silk sheets are the way to go! It is made from woven cocoons of the silk worm with long, delicate and strong threads. It’s cool in the summer and warm during the colder months so it is great even for daily use.
