Sure, it's fun to drink a little booze every now and then, but a study from Harvard’s Public School of Health says that you should consider one particular non-alcoholic drink to stay in high spirits. We're talking about coffee. 

Researchers looked at the profiles of 50,739 women who particiated in the Nurses' Health Study from 1996 to 2006 and found that those who had an average of two to three cups of joe a day had a 15 percent lowered relative risk for depression. Women who drank four cups on an average showed a 20 percent decreased risk.
