1 .) In your barkada, you are the:
  1. The cool, calm, and collected one
  2. The adventurous gal
  3. The party animal
  4. The natural-born leader
2 .) A big report is dropped on your lap and it needs to be done within the day. How do you deal with it?
  1. I close my eyes, take deep breaths, and tune everything out.
  2. I get out of the office and grab some coffee. Walking helps clear my mind more than the caffeine.
  3. Shrug the stress off! It's time to put on some tunes and get this done!
  4. I anticipated this and already prepared the materials that I would need. Pulling this off will get me on the big boss’ radar for sure!
3 .) How do you spend the weekend?
  1. I take my time with the chores and just relax to the peace and quiet.
  2. I ask friends to join me on a Tagaytay roadtrip.
  3. I sleep all day and party all night!
  4. I finish up on my errands, have lunch with friends, and get a massage afterward.
4 .) A cute guy has been making eyes at you ever since you walked in the bar. How do you react?
  1. I stay cool and occasionally smile at him.
  2. I let my friends know so they can back me up when I walk over to him.
  3. I give him a wink and a smile. The ball’s in his court after that!
  4. I raise my glass to him and motion him to come on over. Nothing’s wrong with a little small talk, right?
5 .) Aside from the usual motions, how do you go about your morning routine?
  1. I take a bit of time to get some sunshine if I can.
  2. I do a bit of stretching to get the blood pumping.
  3. I get coffee in my system, stat!
  4. I review my planner so I’m mentally prepared for my workday.
6 .) One of your friends is in a relationship bind and runs to you for advice. How do you help out?
  1. I listen to her story and lay out a couple of options so she can have something to think about.
  2. I lead her to a quiet spot so she can really think things through. The change of scenery might put things into perspective.
  3. I take her out to paint the town red. A little bit of alcohol won't hurt anybody!
  4. After listening, I tell her what she should do and how to do it. Sometimes the best kind of love is tough love.
7 .) Your boss suddenly gives you a new task to work on, aside from your daily responsibilities. How do you react?
  1. I make a mental note to reward myself after work.
  2. I roll up my sleeves and jump right in. Experience is the best teacher.
  3. I take the time to learn the new task and do a sample run-through to make sure I get it.
  4. I take notes and plot it in my calendar, so I won’t get swamped for the rest of the week.
8 .) It’s time for some weeknight R&R! Where do you spend it?
  1. I'll most likely hang out at my favorite cafe--there's nothing like tea to help me unwind.
  2. A quick bike around the block and a hearty dinner make for great stress busters.
  3. At the closest bar, of course!
  4. I'll make a quick trip to the spa before going home.
9 .) Which kind of outdoor activity would you prefer?
  1. Sitting under a tree with a good book
  2. Conquering a new bike trail or mountain
  3. Partying under the stars
  4. Leading the community outreach program
10 .) You just heard that one of your relatives is at the hospital. How do you react to the news?
  1. There's no use panicking; I’ll gather whatever information I can instead.
  2. Bummer! I’m off to the hospital with a quick gift basket of her favorite fruits!
  3. I'll spend the night at the hospital to keep her company.
  4. I'll offer to help out with errands. This is the time to get organized and help out!
