We all love munching on snacks, but it's better for us to go for those that do wonders for our body. Fruits offer a variety of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants that give our immune system a boost while keeping our bodies in tip-top shape. Yogurt is a great source of calcium, vitamin D, and "good bacteria," which not only aid our digestive and immune systems, but also help prevent osteoporosis and high blood pressure. Oatmeal helps keep cholesterol levels at bay, and it also contains antioxidants that help prevent colon cancer. Trail mix, which contains fruits, grains, and nuts, keeps our heart healthy while giving us a much-needed energy boost.

  4. I'm not the type who easily gets sick, but my doctor always reminds me to take a break from work from time to time.

  1. None for me, I always go for water.

7 .) Where do you usually go to after work?
  1. I head straight home so I can catch my favorite TV series.

  1. Tagaytay--I'm looking forward to two days of pure relaxation away from the city.
  2. Boracay--I can't wait to party with my girlfriends!
  3. Vigan--I can't wait to check out the colonial architecture there.
  4. Pamalican Island--I can't wait to have a luxurious treatment over the weekend.
