What's your favorite exercise routine?

What's your go-to workout? FN wants to know! By Marianne Salazar

We all know that exercise is an important part of our lives. And it’s not just for losing weight and creating muscle: it makes our bodies stronger, it gives our skin a healthy glow, and it makes us happier (Legally Blonde's Elle Woods actually had a point). All these reasons should be more than enough to get you off the couch and into the gym!

We know it’s difficult to start a fitness routine, but the key to having a fun workout is to do what you enjoy doing. Don’t force yourself to sweat it out in the gym when you know you’d rather be swimming or biking. If you’re not that athletic, you can try your hand at yoga, pilates, or zumba. If you’ve found an exercise regimen that you love, good for you! If not, don’t lose hope: there’s a myriad of options out there, and it’s just a matter of finding that one workout that doesn’t feel at all like work.

You're right, I'm not really athletic so I tried zumba and I loved it! I've tried working out in a gym before but for me it felt like I was dragging myself to go there because I want to lose weight but when I think of aero classes, I get excited. I also tried jogging but never really felt like it's doing something for me (i got bored). :)
