The Benefits of Squatting on Toilets

We all know that regular bowel movement is needed for a healthy body, but did you know that proper toilet posture can also help a lot? According to studies, the most effective way to to do so is by maintaining a 35-degree posture that can only be achieved by squatting–something we can’t do on our regular toilets. A U.S. couple then thought up of a simple, yet surprisingly effective solution: the Squatty Potty, a stool that guarantees the optimum posture. It’s not available in the Philippines, but we can still get the benefits of squatting by substituting it with other stools that are more readily available. See how it works in the video below.

    regular bowel movement is very important, its not necessary in a day your almost at the comfort room sit and relax, and if your hard to excrete, there's a problem for that - constipation. and you have to prevent it. lots of food supplements to take and choose the safety one.
