The Annual Checkup: Important Health Tests to Undergo

If your car gets a yearly tune-up, you deserve nothing less. By Angela G. Sison-Aguilar, MD

But you should actually welcome it because you are given an early opportunity to address your problems. It also gives you the chance to correct behavior that puts you at risk for health conditions in the future.

What should be checked to maintain good health? According to the Philippine Guidelines on Periodic Health Examination, specific tests are recommended for low-risk individuals in their 30s. Browse through the gallery to check them out.
