Life is an emotional roller coaster, and it's hard not to let your temper flare when problems pile up. Expressing your emotions is definitely healthier than bottling them up, but allowing your anger to explode and result in aggressive or hurtful behavior is not the solution either. If you find yourself getting angry over every little thing or having a shorter fuse than usual, it might be time to learn to manage your emotions.

There's a time, a place, and a proper way to express your anger, after all, and this doesn't include exploding in front of your boss or having a cat fight with a girlfriend when you've had enough. Don't let your anger control your life; instead, learn to manage it. Read on to find out how.
