Take advantage of all fitness events--attend one this weekend

Feb 24, 2009 by FN's Shar Bareng

wellnessweekend.jpgGetting and staying fit is so in right now, so if you haven't gotten around to joining the fitness bandwagon, shape up and get your motivation by signing up for Wellness Weekend on Sunday, March 1, at Bonifacio High Street.

As part of ETC and Orbit Gum's "Loving your body and loving your soul" campaign, Wellness Weekend will give attendees the opportunity to try Yoga and hiphop dance sessions. You can enjoy free trials or samples of various health and wellness products and services at the Wellness Walkway.

In the evening, you can wind down and chill as you witness live entertainment and acoustic musical performances. A poetry reading by well-known personalities will cap off the day's activities.

Score invites when you join ETC's Wellness Weekend promo. Visit http://www.etc.com.ph/index.php to see how you can get tickets and other prizes.
