Dealing with Difficult Times: 8 Tips on Coping

In times of stress, it is important to take care of yourself so that you can deal with adversities in the long run. By Vange Alianan, Boboy Alianan

dealingInstead of dwelling on the comforts you have lost or the challenges that you are facing, look at the brighter side of life. Focus on the things that make your situation more bearable, even if they are little things. These things will comfort you and help you motivate yourself. It's also important to remember that you are not alone.  Try to make your needs known to close relatives and friends. They can give you emotional support, and they can even point you toward opportunities that will help you get you through these tough times.
