Healing Scents: 6 Soothing Essential Oils

Ease away tension by treating yourself to some aromatherapy. By Good Housekeeping Staff
scents_article.jpgFeeling tired, depressed, or anxious? You don’t need to go on a shopping spree or a food binge to get better. In fact, all you have to do is consult an aromatherapist, buy the necessary essential oils and burners, and prepare yourself for a night of total rest and relaxation.

Scroll through the gallery below for a quick rundown of what some essential oils can do for you. Remember to always mix a few drops of essential oil with distilled water for burning. Get a burner that is deep and bowl-like at the top.
