Surround Yourself with Mother Nature through Portable Gardens

Try this DIY activity in celebration of Earth Day.

article_create-green-spaces.jpgWhen you live in a concrete jungle like Manila, glass buildings and paved sidewalks are more common sights than verdant spaces. It's enough to make any person crave for lush greenery and colorful flowers.

The solution? Portable or, as this tutorial terms it, re-purpose gardens! By using small containers, a few bags of soil, and your choice of flowers and plants, you can easily turn a dull landscape into one that's blooming with nature.
