drinking DIET versions of ANY soda is WORSE than drinking soda itself.It comtains aspartame as sugar substitute,and it's health risks outweigh the need for dieting.Omit soda from your vocabulary altogether,or stick to natural fruit juices (not the sugar-laden,artificial color/flavored ones)if you must simply have anything other than good old water.
