Eat avocadoes for a flat belly

avocado.jpgHere's one more reason to love avocados: not only is this smooth, creamy fruit delicious, it also helps keep your belly flat.



According to Avocado.org, the fruit contributes at least 20 vitamins and minerals to your diet . It is also a source of mono- and polyunsaturated fat, a healthier alternative to food rich in saturated fat.

Meanwhile, Avocadocentral.com claims that avocados enable the body to absorb alpha- and beta-carotene nutrients that act as natural fat solvents.

The popular diet book Flat Belly Diet also includes avocado in its MUFA diet or mono-unsaturated fatty acids diet, which reduces and flushes cholesterol out of the body.

So if you're craving for something satisfyingly sweet and creamy, why not eat avocado instead?
