It's hard not to get stressed when you're juggling responsibilities at home and at work--not to mention the demands of a busy social calendar. But when the going gets tough, you know it's time to relax and unwind so you don't end up in burnout central.

We asked you what your favorite ways to de-stress were back in August, and we got an overwhelming response from you and your fellow FNites.     stress is indeed becoming a strong hurdle to a healthy life. There is a collection of harmful disorders that are possible due to the high presence of stress. Here is a post which is a savior from the sufferings due to stress. The techniques mentioned over here on stress for distressing are easy but very productive. Great work done, live healthy.
