Because you use them so much, your muscles need a lot of nourishment. If they don’t get it, they tighten into a painful knot, resulting in muscle cramps. Cramps are the body’s way of telling you that it’s hurting, hungry, and badly in need of rest.

    What I used to do when I have muscle cramps is to eat fruits rich in potassium. That's why I ate bananas when I'm having cramps and the pain will be gone in a few hours. That's what I also recommend to my friends.
