There's nothing like the calorific cuisine that is Filipino food. Just think: a preference for rich stews, a love for generous servings of rice, a penchant for frying everything in sight—delicious but far from nutritious. So, we say, why not look to the west for eating inspiration? Look to the Greeks, the Italians, and the Moroccans, to be more specific, with their simple and wholesome approach to dining.
