Before Solenn Heussaff entered the showbiz industry, she had already made a name for herself as a model and makeup artist. After landing in the final four of reality TV show Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Edition, the Women's Health cover girl for May 2012 has become one of the stars to watch on TV and in films. She may have been in the industry for less than two years, but she has already appeared in three movies, starred in several TV shows, and staged her own concert. Perhaps the most telling sign of her accomplishments are her two awards: an Aliw Award for Discovery of the Year and a Star Award for New Movie Actress for her role in the film Temptation Island.

Despite her teeming showbiz schedule, however, Solenn remains fit and fab, thanks to her own personal commitment to fitness and her love for yoga. Are you a busy career woman with no motivation to exercise? Get inspired by Solenn with the tips below.

1.    PEER PRESSURE CAN BE A GOOD THING.

“I bully my friends! We all do yoga together. I forced all of them to get a year’s membership, then I always remind them how much they spent! When I have friends going, I go too, because after that, we have breakfast together. We’re all busy, so we don’t spend much time together anymore.”

2.    COMPLIMENTS ARE A GREAT BOOST.

“When people say, ‘You lost weight,’ or ‘You look good,’ that also motivates me.”

3.    GET YOUR PARTNER INVOLVED.

“My boyfriend is very active. He’ll wake up at 6 AM to play tennis; then at 8 PM, he has soccer. So when you have someone like that, it helps a lot.”

4.    MAKE IT A HABIT YOU CAN'T BREAK.

Working out has become such an integral part of her life that not doing it would be like not sleeping or skipping a shower. “It’s really just discipline. It’s hard in the beginning, but just push yourself to go for two weeks straight. After that, if you go one day without sports, you feel disgusting. Even if I have work until 2 AM, I’ll go to yoga at 6:30. I will wake up for sports. I really love it. It relaxes me.”
