Kim Chiu is turning 18!

Apr 23, 2008 by FN's Shar Bareng

kimchiu1.jpgIsn't it sweet that Kim is getting even prettier? It feels like only yesterday when she entered Kuya's house during the first Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition, and already this Cebuana beauty is turning 18 on April 26! According to PEP, she's celebrating her debut with a huge bash--cotillon and all, but with her friends all wearing gowns with sneakers. Okay, that's a bit weird, but it would be cool if they could pull that off.

We got to meet Kim during the press con for this year's PBB Teen Edition Plus and Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2. She was lovely as ever, and we were all surprised when she burst into tears upon learning that she has been chosen to play the lead role in ABS-CBN’s remake of the Korean telenovela, My Girl. The photos aren't lying, that's really her crying and giggling at the same time. Well, doesn't that just make her debut much sweeter? The stars are smiling at her for sure.
