How did you lose weight after giving birth?

Mga sis! I gave birth last march, cs ako. I really want to lose weight and go back to my pre- pregnancy body. How did you lose weight? what kind of exercise are ok kasi cs ako. Before i do pilates but im afraid to do it now pa kasi mostly abdomen ang target nun and baka hindi pa healed yung wound ko from cs. any advice?

Breastfeeding worked for me. Although I only breastfeed for 2 months because I have to return to work. Dancing and diet also helped me a lot. =)

for my 1st baby since CS ako i went to gym after 6 mos of giving birth, i was 92 lbs before preggy then nung napreggy na ko umabot ako sa 145 lbs as in super "lamon" talaga ko kaya right after 6 mos gym agad ako, pumayat naman ako pero hindi ko na nabalik sa dati kong weight. after non nag start ako mag pills, kahit anong gana ko sa pagkain hindi ako tumataba na maintain ko yung 120 lbs weight ko non then after 4 yrs napreggy na naman ko sa youngest ko ito pinaka gusto kong moment kasi sexy ako magbuntis non hindi halatang buntis ako unless nakaharap ako sayo, nakakatuwa nga kasi di rin ako tumataba non, after giving birth nag switched ako ng pills, ayon! tumaba na naman ako ng bonggang bongga! im currently 64 kilos! haay! kaasar nga, gusto kong bumalik ulit sa pills ko dati.  :(

^sis what pills id you take before? I scared to take pills coz I know they can cause weight gain, vain I know but I don't and can't afford a brand new wardrobe now.

As or weight loss, I gave birth last fen and now 1size larger than pre-preggy. Mild diet Lang so far like less carbs, more water, no sweets, etc. Planning to hit the gym by next month.

ako i gave birth october last year. wala mas tumaba pa ko ngayon kesa nung buntis ako, super sad talaga  :'( kasi naman lagi akong nagugutom ang hirap naman icontrol yung sarili ko. kaya next month talaga stop na ko magbreastfeed at magpipills na rin ako. para naman sexy ako pagdating ng 1st birthday ni baby  :)

I only have to lose 5 lbs na lang. :) I gave birth two months ago via CS, and I gained almost 28 lbs during my pregnancy.


Lost around 13-14 lbs during the first week (7.9 lbs si baby)
Tas hanggang sa unti-unti na bumaba. No diet, lakas ko pa nga kumain dahil sa nagbbf ako during my maternity leave.

Ang nakapagpapayat was the puyat, stress, pagod and breast feeding.

That is my concern now. Before 50 kglang ako. Now 58.4 na ako. Hmp! Nagyon lang din ako tumaba, after ko manganak last octoberpayat ako, ilang months after ayun tumaba ako. Haay! Kahit sana 55kg. Bfingdin ako kaso laging gutom, bawal naman daw magdiet kapag bfing eh.

i actually don't believe that breastfeeding makes you "sexy", it does help you lose weight but not to the point na sexy ka na. healthy diet and exercise talaga. With my firstborn madali sa akin maglose nang weight at magpasexy ulit kahit papaano. siguro dahil i had a nanny then so i had time for myself even if i am working plus the stress of commuting and work adds up also. This time i'm an sahm and 1.5year na baby ko and i am gaining weight everyday! It's not that because we don't have anything to do and just laze around the house and eat on the contrary lagi kang on the go. i don't have a nanny or a househelp plus i have 2kids. kahit na gawin mo pa lahat nang housework, magbreastfeed para pumayat ka well mapapagod ka lang pero hindi naman ikaw sesexy dahil need mo pa din nang proper exercise. exercise nga ang housework pero hindi naman lahat natatarget right? plus kapag on the go ka minsan kahit ano na lang makain mo (chocolate bar pwede na yan basta energy) or sometimes pang reward mo kapag nakakuha ka nang precious me time (ice cream!) or minsan kahit hindi junk ang kinakain mo kung uber laki naman nang servings mo well.... hahahaha... i am all of those and then some hahaha.. honestly mahirap dahil although i know i can make time for exercise i would rather spend that time catching up on sleep/rest or having some precious indulgent me time.. hopefully when the little one is a little older we can do the aerobics together on the DVD. whenever i try to exercise kase nagagalit siya (i wonder why) as in hinahatak niya ako paalis or ino-off niya the TV

^ I agree sis miksha. Nakakapayat siya, pero hindi talaga to the point of sexiness. May extra skin pako sa tummy. :(

^^Sis iluvmysoldier, hehe. stressful kasi work ko, tas kakapromote pa, so kaya siguro pumayat.  ;D Pati nasa adjustment stage pa kami ng hubby ko, kakakasal lang namin 3 months ago. ;) Kaya medyo marami pang away at kung anek.  ;D

mga girls, yung first pills ko na almost 3 yrs ko ding ginamit is gynera super effective siya sakin hindi lang basta payat, sexy talaga yung mga bago ko ngang kakilala hindi nila akalain na i have 3 kids na, aside from that, i have glowing skin at hindi ako pinipimples. ang down side lang is...wala kang gana sa s*x  :(  laging dry, kaya nag switched ako sa yasmin, don naman ako tumaba ng bonggang bonga! kaya nag stop ako pahinga ko lang for 3 mos, last month na to then as soon as mag ka period ulit ako gora na ko sa gynera ulit  :D

^try mo meliane. it's almost the same as gynera (ingredients) pero baka better sayo. dito ako hiyang sadly though it is not allowed when breastfeeding dahil matutuyo ang milk

Ako din i need to lose around 15 lbs. Target ko tummy and thigh area. Wala pa kasya sa akin na clothes ko before i get pregnant. Kaya suot ko parin yung maternity pants. Hay.... Ano ba ginagawa nila heidi klum, miranda kerr e kahit one month after they gave birth e they are back to their sexy bodies agad.  Pag cs, how long before pwede mgexercise? Plan ko ma pilates ulit pero abdominal exercises kasi yun bKa di pa pwede sa tahi.

^i think you need to consult your OB first, but normally sa CS after 6 mos pwede na pero with my OB's advice to ha?  :) 
 
^^sis how much meliane? same makers ba sila? natatakot na kasi ko mag try ng iba baka lumobo na ko ng tuluyan  ;D , medyo pricey din kasi ang gynera around 600-700 na ata sila ngayon.

parang gusto kong itry yung gynera ah kaso concern ko lang eh hindi pa talaga ako nakatake ng birth control pills kasi naman laging wala si hubby so parang d ko naman kelangan magtake nun. hehe mga ilang lbs. ba ang nalolose dun in a month?

sis kuliglig dapat siguro awayin ko ng awayin hubby ko para mastress din ako ng bonggang bongga..hehe

i lost all my pregnancy weight after 1 month of giving birth. i was back na agad to my pre-pregnancy weight. the downside is, i wasn't exactly supermodel-ish before i was pregnant. at least kasya na ulit lahat ng damit ko. lahat ng pregnancy clothes ko, naitago ko na. ang hindi mawala sa akin, yung parang extra flab sa tummy area ko lalo na cs ako. kaya nadyadyahe ako mag-super fitted na damit. sayang yung ibang mga bodyhugging clothes ko. kelangan ko talaga mag-spanx eh ang init naman ngayon. may tips ba kayo para mawala yung tummy fat?
