Home remedies to induce period
« on: May 21, 2013, 03:36:22 PM »
Girls, what are your home remedies to induce your period or to pace it faster? May times kasi na few days to 1 week delayed tayo. I research for ways on how to do this lalo na pag magbabakasyon ako or if i have to attend formal gatherings na dapat naka dress, or just about any activity na makaka hassle ang period. I googled high and low but I want to know what remedies worked for you.  :)

beer - my college classmate swears by this. if she needs to get her period earlier than scheduled kasi magbi beach family nya etc, she'd drink beer and effective sa kanya. nai-induce talaga.

eta: to pace it faster naman, coke works for me.

but the beer thing, i dont do kasi i dont drink.

Kung regular ka, exercise ka one week before period mo.. Pero gawin mo na ding regular :) saktong 3 days lang ako kasi regular akong nag eexercise saka frisbee  pag nasa manila.. Pero naman, sa 3 days na yun, ang lakas. Hehe
I like games well played :)

Coke works for me also! Pero it's very unhealthy that's why I switched to parsley and ginger. A week before inom kana. Handfull or parsley and small ginger. Boil it for 10mins. Liver and kidney cleanser pa.

^ tried parsley before nasusuka ako haha. Pinipinch ko yun ilong ko para di ko malasahan then todo inom ng cold water para mawala lasa. Gusto try ginger, ano lasa? :)

thanks for your suggestions. coke lang kasi palagi ang go-to ko pampa-induce or pampabilis kaso very unhealthy nga. ang hirap kasi pag nadedelay. regular naman ako before kaso nung nag start akong mag diet palagi na lang delayed by a few days to a week. so this really helps a lot!  :)

Drinking beer induces period also.

Tried this ever since I was in college and it's effective talaga. Like 1 can lang, maya-maya, magkakaroon ka na. Tried this again last week, and still effective.

Hirap kase pag ayaw lumabas period, feeling mo napaka bloated mo tapos ang daming pimples na naglalabasan. Kainis lang!
